As we are moving into spring and nature is in the process of regeneration, I am so grateful to be hosting a day-long personal retreat for our reset and renewal. The retreat  will consist of powerful healing modalities that will support your mind, body, and spirit while building a foundation for healing, allowing for transformational growth. 

Here’s what to expect: 

Intention Setting - We will start with intention setting for your healing, whether clearing out blockages or being present in the moment. It's however you feel moved to heal. 

Abdominal Therapy - I will be performing abdominal massages that help support the position of your organs and assist in moving stagnant energy and blockages. 

Spiritual Healing- I will facilitate a spiritual bath, a powerful modality for transformational healing using plants, prayers, and water. 

Meditation with EMDR Resourcing - I will guide you through resourceful, peaceful, and connecting to self love by using bilateral stimulation and imagination. 

Energy Work -  I will work with the nervous system on an energetic level to release blocks and balance within using a combination of Reiki, Cranialsacral therapy, Chakra Balancing and other energy healing.
